Logging

Does LOAD work without a connection?

Yes. Your training data lives in a database on the device and syncs in the background when you are back online, so you can log a whole session in a basement gym with no signal. If a screen looks out of date, pull down to refresh.

Where do I see what I lifted last time?

In every set. Last time's weights and reps sit next to each field, and an empty field shows a faint hint of what you did, so you know what to beat.

Can I log supersets and drop sets?

Yes. Drag exercises together to make a superset, and the rest timer starts after the last exercise in the round. A drop set is one tap: load adds a lighter set using your weight increment.

Does the rest timer keep going if I leave the screen?

Yes. It keeps counting while you move around the app, and alerts you with a sound, a vibration or a notification. On a locked phone, the notification is the alert that reaches you.

Can I log cardio?

Yes. Log resistance, speed or distance over minutes, alongside your lifts in the same workout.

I logged a workout on the wrong day. Can I fix it?

Yes. Open the workout, tap Edit and set its date, start time and duration. Your PRs follow the date you set.

Plans

How do I start a plan?

Open Plans and browse the prebuilt plans, then activate the one you want. Each day, today's workout is waiting on Home.

Can I build my own plan?

Yes. Build a plan week by week or as a rotating cycle, and pick how the load moves: linear, undulating, steady, or a deload every fourth week. You see the curve before you save it.

How does load set my weights each week?

Give each exercise a working weight. load works out every set from that weight and the week of your plan, rounded to your increment, and lightens deload weeks for you.

Can I save a workout and do it again?

Yes. Save any workout as a template, or start from one you did before. Starting weights come from the last time you did that workout.

Friends

How do I add a friend?

Search their @username, scan their QR code, send them your link, or add someone you just trained with.

What can my friends see?

Only what you choose to share. Friends never see your sets, reps, weights, journal or body weight. A post shows the summary you picked when you shared it, and you can change or delete it later.

How do I train with a buddy?

Start a workout and share your code or QR. Up to six people can join one live session and see each other's set progress as you go.

Can I put my workout on my Instagram story?

Yes. After a workout, copy a sticker from the share sheet and paste it onto your story, then move and resize it there.

How do I report or block someone?

On any post or comment, tap the ⋮ menu and choose Report or Block. Blocking takes effect immediately and hides that person from you in both directions. Reports reach our moderation queue and we aim to act on them within 24 hours. Our Terms of Service set out what is not allowed.

Account

I forgot my password.

Tap Sign In → Forgot? and enter your email. The reset link opens the LOAD web app, where you set a new password; then sign in again on your phone with the new one.

How do I switch between kg and lb?

In Settings, choose your weight unit and distance unit. load stores everything the same way underneath, so switching never changes your history.

How do I get a copy of my data, or correct something?

Email help@load.fit from the address on your account and tell us what you want, a copy, a correction, or a deletion. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and why.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → ☰ → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This deletes your account and your training data, it is a deletion, not a deactivation, and it cannot be undone. If you cannot get into the app, email help@load.fit from the address on the account and we will do it for you.

How old do you have to be to use LOAD?

16 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

iPhone

Is there an iPhone app?

The App Store app is on its way. Today, add load to your Home Screen from Safari and it opens like an app. When the App Store app lands, sign in and your history is there.

How do I add load to my Home Screen?

Open app.load.fit in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open load from your Home Screen from then on.

Why does LOAD ask for the camera?

Only to scan a training partner’s pairing QR code, under Workouts → Train with a Buddy, so two phones can share one live session. Nothing else in the app uses the camera. Photos access is separate and is used for your profile picture and for attaching images to posts.

Can I use load on Android or a computer?

Yes. On Android, open app.load.fit in Chrome and tap Install app. On a computer, go to app.load.fit and sign in. Everything syncs between them.

LOAD is a training log for people who lift, workouts, body weight and habits in one place. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, tell us and a person will read it.

Email us

help@load.fit

We read everything and aim to reply within one business day. If you are reporting something urgent, abuse, or content that breaks our rules, say so in the subject line and we will act on it within 24 hours.

Please include your account email, your device (for example “iPhone 15, iOS 26”) and what you were doing when it went wrong. Screenshots help a lot.

You can also reach us from inside the app: Profile → ☰ → Settings → Support, or Profile → ☰ → Send Feedback.

Body image and eating support

LOAD tracks weight and training, and for some people that kind of tracking stops being helpful. If logging, weighing or comparing is affecting how you eat or how you feel about your body, talking to someone helps, and it is not a big step.
